1 Corinthians 1:21 (ESV) 21 For since, in the wisdom of God, the world did not know God through wisdom, it pleased God through the folly of what we preach to save those who believe.
1 Corinthians 9:16 (ESV) 16 … Woe to me if I do not preach the Gospel!
Acts 3:6–10 (ESV) 6 But Peter said, “I have no silver and gold, but what I do have I give to you. Matthew 10:18–20 (NLT) 18 You will stand trial before governors and kings because you are my followers. But this will be your opportunity to tell the rulers and other unbelievers about me. 19 When you are arrested, don’t worry about how to respond or what to say. God will give you the right words at the right time. 20 For it is not you who will be speaking—it will be the Spirit of your Father speaking through you.
1 Peter 3:15 (NLT) 15 Instead, you must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And if someone asks about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it.
Romans 9:3 (ESV) 3 For I could wish that I myself were accursed and cut off from Christ for the sake of my brothers, my kinsmen according to the flesh.
Final Statement: God expects us to preach when it’s convenient and when it’s not. Preaching is God’s method of delivering the Gospel. Don’t keep the Gospel to yourself; let others know the Lord loves them. Share your Gospel Story. Position yourself so they will take you seriously and will listen to you.
